Qualifications

• University/college degree with 3+ years of direct industry experience.
• CBAP certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional) preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, functional specs, and workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements considering data, process, and technology constraints.
• Support solution design by validating requirements and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
