You will partner with hiring managers, collaborate with recruiters, and use data-driven strategies to refine sourcing. This in-office role in Sunnyvale may include flexible remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years in sourcing at a reputable software company.
• Agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or related fields.
• Able to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for G&A roles across finance, IT, people, marketing, design, automotive, industrials, legal, and more
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand what 'great' looks like for each role
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch, seamless candidate experience for top industry talent
• Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry evolves
