Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering at our Sunnyvale headquarters. We value in-office collaboration with flexible moments for remote work as needed.

You will build high-quality pipelines, map top passive talent, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while using data to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company.
• Agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand what 'great' looks like for each role.
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch, seamless candidate experience for top industry talent.
• Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry continues to evolve.
