Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Business Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting for our G&A functions. The role focuses on building high-quality pipelines and proactive talent mapping to support rapid company growth and function-wide hiring needs.

You will partner with hiring managers and full-cycle recruiters to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, using data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and improve outcomes across finance, IT, people, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in sourcing at a software company.
• Agency experience in sales, recruiting, or related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for G&A roles across finance, IT, people, marketing, design, automotive, industrials, legal, and more.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand what 'great' looks like for each role.
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch, seamless candidate experience for top industry talent.
• Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry evolves.
