Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Business Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting for our G&A functions across finance, IT, people, marketing, design, and more. You will build high-quality pipelines with a focus on top passive talent.

Collaborating with hiring managers and full-cycle recruiters, you will map talent, use data-driven sourcing, and refine strategies as the company grows in the Physical AI space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of sourcing at a software company.
• Agency experience in sales, recruiting, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Strong organizational skills and writing/communication abilities.
• Experience in autonomous vehicle and enterprise software recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for G&A roles across finance, IT, people, marketing, design, automotive, industrials, legal, and more.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to define what 'great' looks like for each role.
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch candidate experience.
• Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry evolves.
