Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting for autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering. You will build high-quality pipelines and map top passive talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role.

You will also work with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience and use data to continuously refine sourcing strategies in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company.
• Agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields.
• Able to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus!

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for technical roles across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems, and software engineering.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent.
