Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Business Process Analyst SME to help shape the strategic direction of the Department of State Consular Affairs (CA) programs.

You will analyze business and technical processes, identify improvement opportunities, and position GDIT as a trusted delivery partner for critical government missions. You will lead and influence cross-functional teams, contribute to capture and growth efforts, and ensure alignment of capabilities with client needs.

Qualifications

• In-depth leadership experience supporting CA programs.
• Proven ability to lead dynamic mission-focused teams.
• Strategic development and large-team implementation experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Independent worker with limited direction.
