Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business management with analytics, BI, or operations.
• Experience owning, leading or improving reporting, dashboards or KPI frameworks.
• Experience partnering with IT or technical teams to define requirements and deployments.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance initiatives and act as a business process owner for performance.
• Develop standardized KPIs and reporting frameworks across the enterprise.
