Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Lead, Business Systems to bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will analyze systems, gather requirements, and support the design and adoption of new tech across departments.

You will lead a team, drive analytics initiatives, and develop dashboards and KPIs with Power BI to enable data-driven decisions. Travel 10-25% is expected; we offer competitive benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, CS, analytics, etc.).
• 7-10+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, data science, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program support, leading workstreams or system initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle) and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team focused on the technology needs of internal stakeholders.
• Validate labor and material forecasting aligns with production scheduling across departments.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, design system architecture, and select software tools.
• Lead and support implementation of new systems, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Lead and assist in developing and executing test plans, including test case execution and defect documentation.
• Provide ongoing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions about system operations.
• Analyze system data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements, scope, timeline, and budget.
