The Business Process AnalystII supportsthenavigationbusiness operations by managing software licensing, financial forecasting, contract administration, and procurement processes. This roleprovidesdata-driven insights to improve decision‑making, supports customer invoicing and reconciliation, and contributes to strategic planning and research initiatives across North America. The position acts as a key liaison between headquarters, internal stakeholders, and external customers to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
Manage navigation software license operations including forecasting monthly sales andpurchasedata and controlling map purchase costs
Analyze customer sales data to generate business intelligence insights for planning and decision‑making
Administer software license agreements including MSAs with headquarters and sublicense agreements with manufacturing entities
Perform procurement activities including GR creation, PO review, and payment analysis
ManageMapCareinvoicing and monitor customer account balancesacross multiple divisions
Develop and enhance vehicle research and strategic planning reports for North America
Oversee contractual management of navigation‑related information services
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Engineering, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in accounting, finance, procurement, business planning, or related disciplines
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively with customers
Experience in the automotive industry
Background in financial planning or business analysis
Customer‑focused mindset with strong negotiation skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven with ability to meet deadlines
Salary range:$83,940 - $120,032
