Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to drive efficiency and operational excellence using systems, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to support Sales and Marketing goals.
• Lead the execution of the organization’s management system using PM best practices.
• Assist completion of data calls aligned to executive priorities and track actions to resolution.
• Support day-to-day operations and meetings.
• Deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Coordinate artifacts, presentations, and content for senior leaders.
• Manage and update operating tools (Salesforce, OneNote, SharePoint, Outlook).
• Work with BGS Business Operations to drive functional excellence.
