Job Description

The Boeing Global Services Quality, Operations, and Execution Business Operations team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA; Jacksonville, FL; or Charleston, SC. This role supports the Global Field Operations organization and requires a strategic mindset in a fast‑paced global environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organizational operating rhythm
• Perform data analysis and provide insights
• Develop metrics and interpret results
• Integrate and collaborate across BGS businesses and functions
• Manage special projects and strategic initiatives
• Leverage defense platform experience (desirable)
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership
• Deliver the right information at the right level of detail and time
• Translate insights into actionable improvements
• Ensure current activities align with priorities
• Utilize data analytics tools as needed
• Move with speed and agility to support teams and business partners

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
• 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions
• 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross‑functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
• Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations or related field
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills
• Adept problem‑solving ability and high emotional intelligence
• Defense platform experience

Summary pay range: $118,150 – $171,350.
