• 3+ years aligning business plans, strategies and processes to goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to executives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy, communications, and operating rhythm for government programs.
• Collaborate with PM teams on strategic discussions and data analysis.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet joint objectives across BGS and Boeing partners.
• Ensure organizational alignment with processes, PM best practices, and compliance.
• Support leaders in meetings and track actions to completion.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans and refine business cases.
• Storyboard program health and blockers for senior executives monthly.
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead management system analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead special projects and ensure coordination and execution.
• Foster effective relationships with program leadership and customers.
