Job summary

Freddie Mac seeks a Workforce Technology Operations Manager to lead the team responsible for workforce technology operations, governance, data, and service delivery across the enterprise. You will oversee reliability, security, and performance of workforce technology services while driving continuous improvement and enabling scalable solutions that support business priorities and employee outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR SaaS technology, enterprise apps, or tech ops.
• 2+ years leading people and teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, UKG).
• Experience in production support, ops, or service delivery.
• Knowledge of data governance, system security, access management, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team for workforce technology operations, security, data governance, and service delivery.
• Oversee production operations of workforce tech apps, including reliability, integrations, releases, issue resolution, and support.
• Manage system security, access controls, and governance to ensure data integrity and risk mitigation.
• Partner with HR, Technology, Risk, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Lead governance, change management, audits, privacy, and compliance for secure services.
• Enhance employee/manager experiences via self-service, process improvements, and adoption initiatives.
• Manage priorities, capacity, and transitions of new capabilities into production.
• Develop talent, promote cross-training, and leverage data, automation, and AI to improve outcomes.
