• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years supporting senior leaders with executive writing and internal/business communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills to translate complex topics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting executive events, town halls, conferences, or large internal meetings.
• Strong ability to consult with stakeholders and deliver timely materials in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Draft and refine executive-ready communications and leader engagement materials for audiences and forums.
• Maintain divisional message frameworks to ensure consistency and speed.
• Support planning, event logistics, content coordination, and run-of-show for key events.
• Plan and deliver internal communications including newsletters and leader updates.
• Collaborate across Strategy, Operations, Sales, Product, Risk to produce concise content.
• Track reach and engagement and use insights to improve clarity and cadence.
