Job summary

KCRA 3/My58, part of Hearst Stations, seeks a Business Manager in Sacramento, CA. This leadership role blends finance and HR, overseeing payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, and HR programs while partnering with the regional finance team.

In-person attendance is required, reporting to the President and General Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and communicates effectively across departments, driving strong financial performance in a fast-paced broadcasting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting/finance roles
• HR experience required; payroll experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with Oracle HCM, EPBCS, Wide Orbit and ADP
• Strong deadline management and detail orientation

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate financial results
• Support monthly closings, forecasts, and budgets
• Manage onboarding, HR data and benefits administration
• Process invoices and manage expenses; purchasing card controls
• Oversee real estate, taxes, asset management and payroll processes
