Marsh is seeking an experienced Client Advisor in Honolulu to drive new business and renewals within the Business Insurance unit. You will research prospects, prepare renewal proposals, and coordinate with underwriters to secure favorable coverage terms. The role involves travel and extensive client interaction.

You must hold a Property & Casualty license in California, have a relevant bachelor's degree, and be proficient in MS Office. A robust total rewards package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration with finance concentration.
• Knowledge of the Business Insurance marketplace and property/liability products.
• Must hold Property & Casualty Solicitor’s License for California and a valid CA driver’s license.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication; well organized and dependable.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business to achieve sales goals with Client Advisor and Director of Sales.
• Research prospective clients and assess exposure through financials and operations.
• Present renewal proposals and negotiate coverage features with underwriters on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate underwriter meetings and ensure all requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist with claims advocacy and build relationships with client executives and carriers.
• Prepare and maintain organized client files and deliverables like binders and invoices.
