Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field as listed.
• 2+ years of administrative experience with budgets, grants, contracts, or funding sources.
• Healthcare administration or academic environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support business proposals and program initiatives.
• Assist with strategic planning and community engagement efforts.
• Support faculty and fellows in advancing section goals and projects.
• Manage section finances, budgets, and funding allocations.
• Monitor expenditures and support funding management activities.
• Prepare budgets and controls/monitor revenue and expenditure activity.
• Coordinate grant submissions and reporting with pre/post award teams.
