Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, social/behavioral sciences, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, business administration, business, or a directly related field.
• One year of professional grant management work (Entry/Intermediate).
• Two years for Senior level; Three years for Principal level.
• A combination of education and related experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise faculty on pre-award submission process, requirements, timeline and deadlines.
• Create complex multi-year budgets for diverse sponsors; draft budget justification templates.
• Review sponsor requirements for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage full post-award lifecycle including award notices, account setup, and modifications.
• Perform financial oversight and reconciliation of sponsored projects; prepare forecasts and reports.
• Monitor budgets and provide actionable financial information to investigators.
