Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Business Development Specialist for the New York or Chicago office. The role supports the local BD team and partners, acting as a trusted resource and facilitating BD and marketing initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

You will plan events, assist with client-targeting and cross-selling, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver client intelligence and materials. This position offers flexible hybrid in-office work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent
• Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, business development, office administration, or related functions

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate BD and marketing initiatives and business plans
• Assist with office event initiatives, cross-selling, and client-targeting in local markets
• Coordinate with BD Core, New Business, Creative, Events & Sponsorships, Martech, Library & Research, and other teams to provide client intelligence and materials
• Monitor office initiatives with key account clients in the market
• Be the go-to resource for office BD needs and support
• Protect highly sensitive and confidential information
