Job summary

Impact Recruitment Ltd seeks a Senior Business Development Specialist in Wallingford, CT to support the Program Management/Business Development team by coordinating daily workflows, tracking milestones, and maintaining program documentation.

You will process orders and RFPs, update SOPs, coordinate government and commercial contracts, help identify new opportunities, and assist with budgeting and forecasting for programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years promoting specialized Electrical Assemblies.
• Knowledge of Government contracts.
• Experience liaising with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direction.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process, distribute, and log new/change orders and RFPs per procedures.
• Maintain and update internal procedures and establish SOPs.
• Coordinate end customer/government and commercial orders/contracts.
• Support business development to generate new orders.
• Engage customers and Sales team to identify opportunities.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for programs.
• Generate and distribute sales reports.
