Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Manager, Business Development to drive sales and build lasting relationships with midstream, power and industrial clients across designated regions. You will leverage your technical knowledge and contracting skills to convert needs into profitable opportunities.

The role emphasizes expanding the AST business in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, while supporting engineering and energy operating units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' sales, marketing, or business development experience.
• Advanced interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical information and contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities and lead proposal and contract development.
• Travel frequently to solicit inquiries and manage relationships (up to ~70%).
• Use CRM for account management and forecasting, coordinate with Estimating and Operations.
• Present to customers on products, services, and capabilities; support project execution.
