Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related area, or equivalent job-related experience and knowledge.
• 5+ years' sales, marketing, or business development experience; construction industry preferred.
• Advanced interpersonal, oral and written communications skills; ability to negotiate and present.

• Develop opportunities with accounts in the territory by matching capabilities to client needs.
• Lead proposal development and collaborate with estimating teams to align strategies.
