Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our Pressure Sensitive Adhesives business in the United States. You will build strong relationships with customers and industry partners, identifying unmet needs and translating them into commercial growth opportunities.

You will drive the full BD lifecycle—from market assessment and lead generation to qualification, development, and commercialization—while collaborating with the PSA Market Segment Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in tapes, pressure sensitive adhesives, specialty films or related markets preferred.
• Ability to manage a full BD lifecycle from market assessment to commercialization.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customers, events, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop collaborative relationships with customers and industry partners to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
• Manage the full BD lifecycle from market assessment and lead generation to qualification, product development and commercialization.
• Partner with the Market Segment Team to shape and execute growth strategies and advance projects.
