Job summary

Arkema is seeking a Business Development Manager for a remote position in the United States. You will build and nurture relationships with customers and industry partners, identify unmet needs, and translate them into commercial growth opportunities.

The role involves end-to-end business development—from market assessment and lead generation to customer qualification and product commercialization. You will partner with the Pressure Sensitive Adhesives market segment team to drive growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, business or related field
• Experience in business development in chemicals industry preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50% including overnights

Responsibilities

• Build and develop collaborative relationships with customers and industry partners to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
• Manage pipeline through full business development lifecycle from market assessment to commercialization
• Collaborate with market segment teams to shape and execute growth strategies and advance projects
