Job summary

KLA in Milpitas (USA) seeks a seasoned Business Development professional to shape technology adoption and customer investment decisions across strategic segments, including China. You will drive growth by leveraging market insight, technical expertise, and executive-level engagement to deliver measurable business value.

As the owner of strategic initiatives, you will collaborate with product management, engineering, and customers to shape roadmaps, accelerate adoption of inspection and metrology

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related tech domains.
• Proven ability in business development, strategic sales, product marketing, or account management within semiconductors.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing customers and adoption cycles.
• Demonstrated success influencing customer decisions through value-based engagements.
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience with global customers, especially in China.
• Mandarin language skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Business Development owner for a strategic market segment in China.
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and customer adoption of technologies.
• Leverage deep semiconductor knowledge to deliver differentiated solutions and measurable business value.
• Identify short- and long-term growth opportunities from market and competitive analysis.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and drive bookings objectives.
• Lead complex engagements to support revenue growth and profitability.
• Coordinate customer meetings, executive engagements, and product demonstrations.
• Foster relationships across customer teams and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• Align customer requirements with product roadmaps through collaboration with PM/Engineering.
• Provide competitive market intelligence to influence business decisions.
