Job summary

KLA in Milpitas, CA, seeks a senior commercial leader to drive growth for our semiconductor inspection and metrology business. You will lead strategic accounts, align market needs with our technology roadmap, and partner with engineering, product management, and sales to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment.
• Direct experience in semiconductor inspection, defect review, or metrology equipment is required.
• Experience in business development, strategic account management, product marketing, or technical sales.
• Demonstrated success growing strategic semiconductor accounts and driving technology adoption.
• Strong executive communication, business planning, and commercial leadership skills.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

KLA is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive growth for our semiconductor inspection and metrology business supporting customers in China. This role combines strategic account leadership, business development, and market strategy to increase technology adoption, expand market share, and strengthen executive-level customer relationships. The successful candidate will partner closely with customers, engineering, product management, and sales teams to align market needs with KLA's technology roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting semiconductor customers in China.

• Experience with optical inspection, e-beam inspection, defect review, CD metrology, overlay metrology, or process control technologies.
• Mandarin language skills are a plus.

Base Pay Range:

$152,200.00 - $258,700.00 Annually
