Job summary
LG Electronics is seeking a Business Development Manager to open new customers for Smart Factory Solutions in North America. This is an individual contributor role leading with feasibility studies, simulation, and digital twin work to define automation requirements and convert them into automation hardware and integration programs.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in business development or solution sales in industrial automation or smart factory solutions.
- Proven record of opening new enterprise customers and closing automation programs.
- Experience selling to plant operations, manufacturing engineering, and procurement in discrete manufacturing or logistics.
- Experience working with HQ engineering or product teams in a global company (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and own target accounts list across North America.
- Open executive relationships and qualify opportunities for automation products and services.
- Lead opportunities from engagement to purchase order with consulting entries.
- Maintain pipeline, forecast, and report progress to goals.
