Job summary
LG Electronics USA is seeking a highly driven Business Development & Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our Smart Factory solutions business. This role will focus on strategic development and direct sales across Battery, Semiconductor, Logistics, Pharmaceutical and other manufacturing sectors.
The ideal candidate will combine solution-selling capabilities with a proven track record of building relationships, closing deals, and meeting aggressive sales targets while collaborating with
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field;Master’s preferred.
- 7+ years in business development and solution sales in smart factory/industrial automation.
- Proven record of closing multimillion-dollar contracts and quota achievement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify opportunities in automation, AI/IoT, MES/ERP, and digital transformation.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and growth plans for target industries.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing and contracts with key accounts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, and R&D to design customer-centric solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle and maintain CRM pipeline accuracy.
