Job summary

Coesia North America seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the energy storage sector across stationary, automotive, and industrial applications. You will identify opportunities, monitor market trends, and build strategic partnerships to support leadership in battery manufacturing technologies.

You will develop sector targets, manage customer relations, define sales strategies, and collaborate with Sales and Product Management to ensure timely delivery and contract adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with customers.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends in energy storage, battery or advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies and manage complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the target sectors, ensuring revenue and profitability growth.
• Monitor evolving markets with Sales and Product Management to identify opportunities.
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers and support strategic choices.
• Define sales strategy for assigned products aligned with company goals.
• Manage customer relations and seek new opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Energy Storage sales units and Product Management on strategic projects.
• Develop a network within the supply chain to support business development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
