Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years sxperience in the Energy Storage areas such as battery components, new energy storage technologies, and large stationary storage and mobility applications.
• Broad market development capability with leadership experience in developing and/or executing in new business spaces.
• Trained in technology competencies.
• Business model design experience, including technology licensing models.
• Creative, unconstrained clear thinker.
• Motivating and inspiring, passionate about creating new opportunities.
• A recognized business entrepreneur able to translate new ideas into a compelling narrative.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of opportunities in the new Energy Storage business area.
• Develop new business models and commercial relationships with potential 3P partners along value chains.
• Drive innovation leadership and operational excellence in opportunities for ExxonMobil.
