Job summary

Astro Shapes LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and secure new opportunities across construction, data centers, and related OEM segments. You will collaborate with sales leadership to expand our extrusion and value-added solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development or technical sales within manufacturing, with strong relationship-building and travel 50%+. This role requires strategic planning and market insight across multiple industries in North

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or technical sales.
Experience in aluminum extrusion manufacturing or metal fabrication.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel 50% or more.
Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within strategic market segments.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Lead opportunities from prospecting to production launch.
Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, engineers, and procurement teams.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Estimating to develop cost-effective solutions.
