• Rigorous pursuit of spot and contractual high strength aluminum extrusion business aligned to growth targets.
• Develop deep understanding of territory dynamics and key customers (Airbus and other OEMs/distributors).
• Collaborate with manufacturing and BU to offer solutions to customers.
• Lead development and execution of an overall customer strategy for the BU.
• Direct and accomplish specification selling at each customer and influence quotations.
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams and customer decision-makers to drive outcomes.
• Travel 25–50% to support customer engagements across regions.
