Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Business Development Executive in a defined territory to expand car rental and truck rental revenue. You will manage mid-market and commercial portfolios, develop sales plans, and work with operators to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of outside sales experience, with strong negotiation and CRM skills. A company vehicle and field-based work are included.

Qualifications

• Two+ years successful outside sales/account management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow profitable car rental and truck rental revenue in a defined geographic territory.
• Maintain and grow mid-market car and commercial truck portfolios.
• Develop sales strategies to prospect, acquire, and retain customers.
• Coordinate rate and contract negotiations to close deals.
• Maintain account files and proposals in Salesforce.
