Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility across commercial opportunities and emerging priorities while guiding the Director of Business Development.
• Gather, organize, and analyze customer information and historical data to prepare clear, decision-ready materials for senior leadership.
• Prepare leadership for customer meetings and coordinate mid-level communications with customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate decisions into execution and communicate priorities.
• Manage multiple priorities with follow-through, attention to detail, and timely escalation.
