The role requires a Bachelor's in behavioral health, marketing, or related field, at least 2 years of healthcare BD/marketing experience, and GA licensure (RN, LPC, or LCSW) with a valid driver's license. Compensation is $62,000–$67,000 annually, full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, marketing, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in health care business development/marketing with measurable results.
• GA license in social work or related field (RN, LPC, LCSW) with valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and markets in employer EAP, Primary Care Physicians/Licensed Practitioners and managed care segments.
• Develop a designated number of qualified business development contacts per week to reach goals.
• Maintain account information, updating as required.
• Visit primary accounts by personal visits, calls, and mailers to build trust.
• Monitor referrals/admissions to maximize referral potential.
• Stay current on industry changes through self-education and professional involvement.
