Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Development – Annual Business Cycle and Strategy in Chicago, IL. This role supports the ABC/1-3YP processes, connecting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure disciplined planning and execution.

You will translate strategy into executable plans and prepare materials for leadership reviews. Ideal candidates bring experience in IBP/S&OP or related planning cycles and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills to

Competenze

• Experience in commercial planning, marketing or sales strategy, category/business planning, IBP/S&OP, or related commercial roles.
• Experience with formal business planning cycles (IBP, S&OP, AOP/1YP, or similar) preferred.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; ability to connect demand, investment, and financial drivers to business outcomes.

Mansioni

• Support the planning, coordination, and governance of the Annual Business Cycle (ABC) and 1-3 Year Plans for the North America zone.
• Prepare materials (analyses, decks, scorecards) to support leadership decisions during planning and business reviews.
• Translate commercial strategy into planning inputs and ensure they are reflected accurately.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to align commercial and operational plans.
