Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Small Business Banker to grow and manage client relationships in the Retail Community Bank. The role requires in-office presence five days a week, engaging directly with clients, branch bankers, underwriters and product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years in sales/relationship management in banking, with strong knowledge of small business financial products and a proven track record of service

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree required.
• 5–10+ years sales/relationship management experience in banking/financial products.
• Experience with Small Business clients preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial solutions for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients via telephone to assess needs, review financial practices, and make product recommendations.
• Manage complex servicing issues for clients within Truist.
• Proactively contact targeted clients to set appointments for financial review.
• Facilitate credit requests within Retail Community Bank thresholds and refer larger opportunities to Commercial Community Bank.
• Meets quarterly revenue/profit growth goals.
