S&T Bank is seeking an experienced Business Banking Underwriter I in the Pittsburgh area to lead underwriting staff, support central underwriting activities, and ensure compliant lending decisions.

The role focuses on underwriting, policy adherence, and collaboration with the Portfolio Risk team to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio across Commercial and Business Banking products.

Formación

• Requires a four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Requires five to ten years of experience with Commercial Underwriting and related experience in Credit Analysis, Commercial Lending, Portfolio Management, Loan Review, or Special Assets.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity in performing duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in underwriting all S&T Bank’s Business Banking Loan Products in a centralized environment.
• Lead underwriting staff day-to-day workflow and provide first-level support.
• Underwrite and make timely lending decisions with delegated lending authority and ensure compliance with lending policies.
