You will grow and manage a portfolio of high-value clients (revenue $5MM–$30MM) and act as a trusted financial advisor, delivering customized credit and banking solutions through close collaboration with internal specialists.

You will lead client conversations, structure loans, and monitor portfolio risk while aiming to exceed growth and retention goals in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-value business client portfolio.
• Strong understanding of credit and lending products.
• Ability to collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management and specialty banking teams.

Responsibilities

• Grow a portfolio of high-value clients by deepening relationships and acquiring new ones.
• Act as trusted advisor by understanding each client’s financial goals and needs.
• Recommend and deliver customized banking solutions in partnership with internal specialists.
• Lead client conversations with credit knowledge and structure banking solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver an integrated client experience.
• Coordinate loan structuring, pricing, underwriting and closing documentation with the relationship team.
• Drive growth through deposits, loans and fee income while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain community presence to generate referrals and strengthen local relationships.
• Stay informed on market trends affecting clients and monitor portfolio risk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
