Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to grow a portfolio of 70–90 business clients and deliver tailored banking solutions. You will use your financial advisory skills to advise on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k while ensuring risk controls and regulatory compliance.

Regular on-site client visits will be required. You will work with branches and partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists, while maintaining high service levels

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending
• Knowledge of general business products and services and industry practices
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed
• Prioritize competing tasks to achieve business objectives
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; support deposits, cash management, and credit up to $500k
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and build an outstanding client experience
• Use finance and risk knowledge to identify the best client solutions and ensure portfolio profitability
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; refine relationship strategies with the manager
• Identify and pursue new business clients to grow primary banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners (Wealth Management, Home Lending, Branch Teams) to meet client goals
• Support branches and uphold risk management and regulatory compliance
