Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, core business products, and how needs vary by industry/market.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with risk and know when to elevate or handle independently.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to meet business objectives and own problems for clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–120 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences with customized banking solutions.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to promote suitable solutions and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations; refine relationship strategies with management.
