Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with revenue of $1–$5 million. You will provide deposits, cash management, and credit solutions while delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining risk controls.

You will regularly meet clients on-site and with COIs to grow primary banking relationships, collaborating with partners across lines of business to meet client goals and ensure portfolio profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products; understand industry variations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70 – 90 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored solutions.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote client solutions.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their places of business; follow a disciplined relationship development process.
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Connect clients with specialists across Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, Branch Teams as needed.
• Support assigned branches and adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
