• 1+ year experience in BRM or related business lending role
• Knowledge of business credit and core business products/services
• Strong communication skills with internal and external partners
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and elevate issues
• Ability to set priorities to achieve business objectives
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million
• Provide tailored business banking solutions including deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000
• Deliver excellent client experiences through comprehensive financial guidance
• Engage in regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their businesses
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending and Branch Teams to meet client needs
• Provide leadership support to assigned branches and adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
