Job summary

First Citizens Bank seeks an experienced Business Banker to cultivate and manage a portfolio of commercial clients in the local community. You will act as the primary contact for borrowing needs up to $5MM and coordinate with bank partners to deliver deposits and related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commercial or business lending or a related field is required.
• Alternative: high school diploma/GED with 8+ years in commercial lending or business development accepted.
• Established COIs and referral networks are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage a portfolio of business banking relationships.
• Provide financial guidance and credit underwriting for clients.
• Develop new business through COIs and referrals and networking.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
