Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• General business knowledge and understanding of core business products and services.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and elevate or handle issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with annual revenue of $1-$5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500k.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions to Chase business clients to meet their financial needs and goals.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote suitable solutions while ensuring portfolio profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their business locations; follow a relationship development process and adjust with manager input.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Coordinate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support branches and uphold risk management and regulatory compliance.
