Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to grow new and existing business banking relationships. You will source prospects through cold calls, centers of influence, community outreach and digital research, and you will position Nusenda products to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include pre-screening loan opportunities, coordinating with Treasury Management and Underwriting for pricing and structure, and maintaining CRM records to surface opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at community events promoting Nusenda as a preferred financial institution and workplace.
• Pre-screen loan opportunities, interview applicants, gather financial packages, and assess SBA program fit.
• Collaborate with business banking underwriting to structure terms and pricing, and define covenants.
• Respond to inquiries within established service levels, and document all interactions in CRM to surface opportunities.
