U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to help our business clients reach their financial goals.

You will serve as the primary advisor, building and managing relationships while delivering tailored financial solutions in a hybrid work environment in Arkansas. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–4 years of relevant experience, with a proven ability to onboard and retain businesses with revenues from $2.5MM to $25MM.

• Strong collaboration across business lines to achieve goals.

Aufgaben

• Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
• Be the primary advisor for our business clients.
• Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
• Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Recommend financial solutions based on each client’s goals and needs.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Business Banking Credit Card teams.
