First Farmers Bank is seeking a Loan Administrator to support the Business Banking team and Retail Lenders. You will input loan requests into LOS/Abrigo, coordinate third-party reports, and assist with loan closings while delivering high-level customer service.

The role emphasizes processing, documentation, and compliance for loan activity, with a flexible work location across TN branches. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel and loan software.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent certification or licensing.
• On-the-job training or vendor courses may qualify.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and loan processing software.

Responsabilités

• Assist Relationship Managers with underwriting package preparation and document collection.
• Coordinate loan closings with title companies and closing attorneys.
• Maintain portfolio including renewals, covenants, compliance, and past dues.
• Provide day-to-day client servicing support and responsive service.
