Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager in Goshen, NY. You will serve as the primary contact for business clients, offering a full range of banking solutions and managing risk as the first line of defense.

You will grow relationships by analyzing client needs, networking, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored cash management, payments, and lending solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a small business/commercial lending environment.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-selling products and meeting aggressive sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Acts as trusted financial advisor and primary contact for clients.
• Drives growth by understanding client business and industry trends.
• Educates clients on KeyBank capabilities and banking solutions.
• Maintains active prospecting and builds COI referrals network.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to address client requests promptly.
• Partners with Credit as the sponsor for credit decisions and risk assessment.
• Leads in credit processes and ensures sound asset quality across portfolios.
